2. Services

CareBridge Kenya provides home care and medical support services including but not limited to:

• Home Nursing & Medical Support
• Elderly Care & Companionship
• Personal Care Assistance
• Disability & Rehabilitation Support
• Physiotherapy Services
• Nutrition & Dietary Support
• Counselling & Emotional Support

3. Service Agreement

3.1 Care Assessment

Before commencing services, we conduct a comprehensive care assessment to determine the appropriate level of care needed.

3.2 Scheduling

Service schedules are agreed upon in advance and may be adjusted with appropriate notice from either party.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms and conditions include:

• Services are billed according to agreed-upon rates
• Payment is required before service commencement
• Additional charges may apply for emergency or after-hours services

5. Cancellation Policy

We require at least 24 hours notice for service cancellation. Late cancellations may incur charges.

6. Liability

While we strive to provide the highest quality care, CareBridge Kenya's liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.
